1. Expanding the Scope
Initially, the project was only aimed at users interested in and passionate about anime culture. However, during my research, I discovered platforms with free or paid animated characters published by various creators. This surprising find highlighted the potential to raise awareness for these creators through the project.

Incorporating AR to create realistic animated characters was a challenge. Through exploration and experimentation, the final design achieved lively characters, showcasing the excitement of creative prototyping within the platform.
